As a starting point, our mini exhibit rentals begin at $3,300 per day. Final pricing depends on several factors, including your event location, event dates, rental duration, and whether you need the exhibit for multiple dates or multiple events.
Our events team will work with you to build the best solution for your goals and then provide a customized estimate.
Sponsorship support may also be available in some cases.
Many pharmaceutical and medical device companies value community education around cancer and other diseases and may be willing to help support the rental. If you work with a pharma rep or device rep, we encourage you to ask whether they can sponsor or help fund your event.
If you are a cancer center (or your hospital provides cancer care), we have occasionally helped identify sponsors. You can also contact us with your hospital or cancer center name and city, and we can explore whether we may be able to help make a connection.
The rental charge for the Megas may include a Medical Inflatables staff member, who will assist in the setup, monitoring, disassembly, and return shipping. For outdoor events, you must provide a tent or other structure (at your expense) to protect the exhibit from wind and rain. If no electrical outlet is readily available, you need to provide a 2,500-watt electric generator.
Typically, we need four weeks to make shipping and travel arrangements. To ensure your exhibit arrives in time for your scheduled event date, we recommend executing the rental agreement as soon as possible.
Unless the event is officially canceled, all logistics will proceed. Our staff will make the final onsite decision, prioritizing safety. They may temporarily take the exhibit down or proceed if
conditions allow.
**Events without a Medical Inflatables’ staff, are encouraged to put the exhibit away at the first
sign of rain or high winds. While the exhibit can get wet, it can’t be packed up wet, because it
will grow mold. If the exhibit is returned damaged, or wet, we reserve the right to charge you for
the repairs and/or replacement of the exhibit.
We ship the exhibit to your location by commercial carrier. We typically deliver 1 business day before and pick up 1 business day after. You accept and store the shipment and must provide a reliable phone number for our carrier.
Hospitals: Receiving usually accepts delivery and moves the wheeled case to the event space. After the event, pack everything back into the case and return it to the drop-off area for pickup.
Parks/public spaces: If day-before delivery isn’t possible, we can deliver a few hours before and pick up after (additional fee). Walks often start early, so someone must be on-site to receive delivery.
Mega inflatables (excluding all “Minis”, Mega Colon and Mega Liver): our trained staff sets up and breaks down and typically arrives the day prior. Staff can help greet guests and provide basic exhibit tours (no medical advice). You can provide talking points.
Mini inflatables + Mega Colon + Mega Liver: self-setup (unzip, plug in, secure if outdoors). Tie-down straps are included.
Use straps on every base loop and the high D-rings.

A standard 110/120-volt, 15-amp power outlet is all that’s needed to operate our exhibits. The outlet should be conveniently accessible and within a few feet of the exhibit to supply power to the blower, which maintains inflation. Medical inflatables provides a 25-foot extension cord. Should a longer cord be needed, we ask that you provide it. (Note: To prevent the blower from shorting out, extension cords must be shorter than 50 feet.) The blower runs continuously while the exhibit is inflated, making the sound of a hair dryer. If necessary, we can provide a sound-reduction box.
Yes, under certain circumstances! If you rent more than one exhibit, or more than one consecutive day, let us know and we will provide special pricing. We also offer discounts for multi-year contracts. This is great when you know you can use a Medical Inflatable for more than one year, and want to lock in today’s pricing. We rarely offer sales, but if you happen to get an email with one, jump on it right away, because it may never happen again!
If the event is multiple days, the exhibit will be deflated every night and inflated again the following morning. Proper security measures must be taken to secure the exhibit overnight.
Yes, but we suggest that you provide a tent or other structure to fully cover the exhibit. We also require the exhibit to be set up on a smooth, level, and dry surface to avoid damage. We recommend that a frame tent (no center pole) be used and that the center height be at least 12 feet. If conventional power outlets are unavailable, a 2,500-watt or greater generator is required.
