For bookings within two (2) weeks of the event date; there will be a one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) late fee

Any changes to events, such as shipping location, event dates, or times, may incur a change fee of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500)

In case of cancellations within two (2) weeks of the event date, there will be no refund

Genentech can opt out of field staff up to three (3) weeks before the event date

Please put your ecosystem's name and state(s) or cities in the notes sections of the form. 

If you're unsure of the exact date(s) of your reservation request please the 1st day of the month of your planned event or the date it may be around. We will confirm the time during the approval process.
